The iron core material | Being selected from high-quality high magnet conductive cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, the iron core processing uses German-imported Georg line cutting device, with the full-gradient ladder joint structure, no hole banding, plate-type clamping part structure. |
Coil Structure | The high and low voltage coil is packed according to the split phase. The design pressure is evenly compressed to ensure the coil axial strength. The inner coil is lined with high-strength phenolic paper tube. The internal and external struts are used on the high and low voltage coil, technically making ensure enough tightening of the coil radial. |
Leading Wires | Transformer wires use the oxygen-free copper and high-strength insulation material. |
Oil Tank Manufacturing | Transformer tank adopts bucket type or bell-type. Model "F" is for the side blowing and air-cooled type. The sealing rubber uses "0" type of the overall structure to ensure that no leakage occurs. All the gas collection pipelines on the top cover of the bell jar adopt the slope structure leading to the gas relay. The fuel tank takes shape by compression molding of reinforcing ribs. The cushion blocks for the jack are 4 pieces and are marked with oil paint. The structure layout of transformer is reasonable, beautiful. The inner wall of the fuel tank is coated with epoxy resin paint. The external wall of the tank paints the high-quality silver power coating. |
